Something interesting happened to us the other day when a person approached us and asked: Young fellow, why do you smoke? Don't you know that smoking is killing so many people day by day and you still are ignoring these facts? Just do something! Don't stand there and wait for someone to come and tell you that quit smoking medication is not good. I was too ignorant back then and didn't have a clue about what was going on and this is why in most of the cases you have to know that in order to be able to quite smoking you have to have courage and when someone older then you gives an advice like this stick to it and do it against your childish will or you are going to regret later for not doing it like you should have done. Learn what to expect when you quit smoking first and then tackle the hard stuff later.
